| Tiivistelmä: | This paper aims at analyzing the effect of outsourcing on the intellectual capital (IC) of firms in the current turbulent environment. Especially, analysed is the difference btw. cost-driven and strategic-driven outsourcing with their impact on human and organizational/relational capital. In addition, the differences in outsourcing of manufacturing and service firms is underlined. An approach of literature review is proposed to develop a model of outsourcing for enhanced IC utilisation and competitiveness etc. |
