| Tiivistelmä: | This paper deals with the organizational dynamics of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM). The ERM approach aims at linking risk management with business strategy and objective-setting, entering the domains of accountability, control and decision making. Herein, examined are the organizational variations of ERM through a longitudinal multiple case study. Using data from three companies gathered during a 7-year period from 2002 to 2008, the findings contribute to the understanding of ERM as a practice, uncovering its trajectory within the organizations etc. |
