Tiivistelmä: | Based on a survey of executives in organizations listed on the Australian Stock Exchange, this study examines the relationship btw. spiritual well-being (herein as: spr. w-b.) and ethical orientations in decision making. The four domains of spr. w-b., that is, personal, communal, environmental and transcendental are explored in relation to idealism and relativism. It is found out that spr. w-b., especially the communal domain of spr. w-b., is correlated with and predictive of idealism. However, the relationship btw. spr. w-b. and relativism is weak. Implications of the study are discussed in terms of developing managerial programs enhancing communal w-b. etc. |
