| Tiivistelmä: | This study offers a general overview of contemporary business ethics (henceforth as: b-e.) research of the last 10 years (1997-2006), discussing potential future research directions in b-e. Using citation and co-citation analysis, this study examines the citation data of journal articles, books, and other publications gathered in the Social Sciences Citation Index (SSCI), exploring key research themes in b-e. studies (1997-2006) and correlations btw. these themes. It is shown that major research themes in b-e. have moved in the last decade from research on ethical decision making and on the relationship btw. corporate social responsibility (CSR) and corporate performance to research on stakeholder theory in b-e. and on the relationship btw. consumer behaviour and CSR. |
