| Tiivistelmä: | In this paper, website evaluation (henceforth as: eval.) studies are reviewed in the tourism and hospitality fields published from Jan. 1996 and Sept. 2009. Developed is a website eval. framework including eval. by phases, by features, and by features and effectiveness. Analysed are the strengths and weaknesses of each method of eval. Furthermore, explored are research gaps and future research directions. |
