Tiivistelmä:In this article, the behavioral dynamics that are behind women's experiences negotiating a flexible work arrangement are examined. The influence that conceptions of power and organizational work-life support have on flexible work arrangement negotiations are investigated. The findings of the study show that both macro level factors such as perceived work life support and micro level factors such as perceptions of power have an influence both the process and results of these negotiations.
