| Tiivistelmä: | The suggested meta-analysis of 61 samples seeks to identify whether team working in organizations is related to organizational effectiveness. Team working had a significant but small positive relationship with both performance results and employee attitudes. The contingency analyses further indicated that team working had a stronger relationship with performance results if connected with complementary HR procedures and in non-health-care settings. |
