| Tiivistelmä: | In this article, the multiple impacts of making a business plan before to start-up on new venture performance are examined. It is claimed that the effect of business plans depends on the aim for and conditions in which they are being used. An empirical methodology is used to English data where it is found that business plans improve employment growth, and this is because of the impact of the plan. |
