| Tiivistelmä: | In this article, knowledge sharing research published in 13 journals in 19962006 is reviewed. The review confirms that the knowledge sharing literature is concentrated on constructs, processes, and phenomena defined at a macro level and pay relatively little attention to micro level constructs. The review supports less the proposition that formal governance mechanisms have been under-researched compared to formal organization. |
