| Tiivistelmä: | In this article, a multi-foci social exchange model of creativity was created and tested to better understand the role of fairness in creativity. The data were gathered from 205 employees and their supervisors at a large chemical engineering plant in India. Structural equation modeling was used to test the model. Findings indicate that both interpersonal and informational justice types affect creativity via different mechanisms but both justice types weren't equally important for employee creativity. |
