| Tiivistelmä: | This article examines the role of family firms in innovation with high social benefits and corporate social performance (CSP), and the link between them, with the use of panel data. Socially beneficial innovation often receives government support because of the increase in international competitiveness and sustainable development. At the same time, potential innovation is what encourages companies to support corporate social responsibility (CSR) and environmental management activities, along with the main goal of improving CSP. Policy implications are offered. |
