| Tiivistelmä: | This article investigates the use of internationalization-performance (I-P) relationship for emerging market multinational enterprises (EM MNE) by employing return-on-assets (ROA) to evaluate financial performance and the widely-used foreign sales-to-total sales (FSTS) ratio to measure internationalization. The findings indicate that managers of non-electronics EM MNE should expect to improve their performance with higher levels of trade liberalization and internationalization. |
