| Tiivistelmä: | This article features a study on the validity of a visitors' evaluation index (VEI) that captures service evaluation on visits to an archaeological site. A measurement index that includes components of service evaluation associated with a visit to an archaeological complex is developed with the use of literature on the concepts of 'service quality', 'service experience', 'service convenience', and 'visitor's satisfaction'. An empirical study of 1021 visitors to the Roman archaeological site of Italica, located in Santiponce, Spain, is used to validate VEI. |
