| Tiivistelmä: | This article examines the predictors of individual knowledge acquisition commitment that represent the categories of the knowledge creation theory of Nonaka in Ukraine. The effects of the predictors on knowledge acquisition commitment were investigated by hierarchical least squares regression analysis. Findings indicate that the consideration of institutional conditions is crucial for understanding learning success and failure. |
