| Tiivistelmä: | This article extends social exchange theory with dialectical theory to develop a framework to investigate corporatesocial enterprise collaborations. It is suggested that corporatesocial enterprise collaborations are molded by the value that each member of the collaboration attributes to their partners inputs, competing practices and priorities essential to the company and the social enterprise, and expected benefits of the collaboration to each partner. |
