Tiivistelmä: | The purpose of the article is to examine is there a change in the network identity of an acquired firm over an acquisition and how an acquisition impacts on identity. The study focuses on acquired innovative firms. The article relies on case studies and the data is collected from multiple sources including 41 interviews. The results show that an acquisition changes the network identity of an acquired firm and the acquired firms inherit the acquirers' identity. |
