| Tiivistelmä: | This article identifies the barriers that prevent or harm the implementation of environmentally oriented reverse logistics practices, focusing on the automotive industry. Empirical evidence and robust statistical analysis indicate the practices of environmentally oriented reverse logistics and barriers faced in the Spanish automotive sector. Using structural equation modelling two types of barriers can be identified: external and internal, and to examine whether these barriers hinder environmentally oriented reverse logistics practices. The model also allows for identification of the most relevant barriers for the automotive sector. |
