Tiivistelmä:This paper concentrates on the problem with turning online reviews made by individuals into aggregate consumer preferences which can be used in product development etc. The paper presents an econometric framework that can be used for this purpose. The study demonstrates the suggested approach using product review data from mobile phone market.
