Tiivistelmä:The results of study considering the utilitarian type on the culture of the family firm are reported here. A model is constructed and defined based on the main arguments promoting the following theories: general systems theory, neoinstitutional theory, transformational leadership theory, field theory, learning theory, and group dynamics theory. The resulting model acts as an instrument able to be used to deepen understanding of the this type of firm's organizational culture. It should prove to be a powerful tool in exploiting the competitive potential of this culture, often noted in the literature.
