Tiivistelmä:Employing primary data from 126 cross-border dyads, the effect of relational learning on the relationship performance of both the buyer and the supplier is examined, testing the arguments that both members profit from relational learning efforts and have equal amount of the benefit. It is found that three specific types of relational learning affect relationship performance, and that these dimensions of relational learning have an effect on supply chain partners in different ways.
