| Tiivistelmä: | This article investigates the performance implications of selecting alternate modes of governance in interorganizational alliance relationships. An agent-based simulation of intercompany decision making is employed to complement empirical studies in this area. Findings indicate a complex interplay between interdependencies, governance structures and companies' search capabilities. |
