| Tiivistelmä: | This article examines how a corporate code of ethics (CCE) implemented in local government X has influenced the behaviour of its employees, middle managers, and managers. It is found that continuous systematic attention is needed to be paid to the CCE after the CCE has been implemented, especially by management. Initiatives from management to begin discussions about relevant questions of integrity seemed also to be needed to make the topic a "normal" topic which employees were no longer scared to discuss. In this way, there could be created the possibility to collectively develop a "practical" frame of reference in relation to relevant questions of integrity etc. |
