Tiivistelmä: | A model integrating several levels of leadership, leader charisma and organizational system effects on employee vision inspiration (motivation of helping to achieve their organizations' visions) was developed and tested. The research employed data from 1,662 employees in 15 organizations. Results implied that leader charisma was significantly and sizably connected with employee inspiration, but the effects varied for different levels (executive vs. supervisory) of leaders. Also, organizational system factors were significantly connected to levels of employee inspiration, predicting multiple criteria for organizational performance. Moreover, we discuss practical and scientific implications of the results. |
