Tiivistelmä: | The relationship between creativity issues and design theory is examined in this article. It seems that management and design methods link these two concepts that correspond to different academic fields together. This link is formed by the 'fixation effect', design theories invent models to solve fixation effects identified by creativity and create more new fixation effects to be marked by creativity studies. This interplay creates new ways to manage design. With the use of this framework, some recent trends in creativity and design theories are analyzed. |
