| Tiivistelmä: | Many companies invest millions each year protecting their trademarks which distinguish them in the marketplace. This article deals with the extent to which some companies will go to get and protect a trademark. Particularly, the fight btw. Cisco and Apple over the iPhone trademark is explored. In addition, the basics of trademark law and ethical theories relevant to trademark law are dealt with. |
