Tiivistelmä: | This article aims to review spirituality (henceforth as: sprty.) at work literature and also to explore how sprty. improves employees' performances and organizational effectiveness. Approximately 140 articles on workplace sprty. are reviewed about their findings on how sprty. supports organizational performance. Three different perspectives are introduced on how sprty. benefits employees and supports organizational performance: a. Sprty. enhances employee well-being and quality of life, b. Sprty. offers employees a sense of purpose and meaning at work, c. Sprty. provides employees a sense of interconnectedness and community etc. |
