| Tiivistelmä: | This article proposes an analytical framework for the analysis of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Standards based on the paradigmatic nexus of voice and entitlement. Following the theory of decentration, the concept of Transnational Norm-Building Networks (TNNs) is presented. In addition, the analytical framework is applied to the ISO 26000 initiative and the Global Compact. The article is concluded with notes on the legitimacy and the effectiveness of norms generated by TNNs. |
