| Tiivistelmä: | This study aims to explore the knowledge transfer (KT) and knowledge sharing (KS) in entrepreneurial product development (EPD). The effects of organizational complexity and of the temporal locus of learning on KS are explored using a qualitative case study of four projects in a mid-size manufacturing firm. Separating the prior from the resulting shared knowledge, this paper uses case studies to proving the importance of learning-before-doing over learning-by-doing under conditions of entrepreneurial resource constraints. |
