| Tiivistelmä: | This study aims to deal with the nature of knowledge quality, describing its dimensions, and creating valid and reliable instruments to measure it. Knowledge quality is proposed as a 2-order, 3-dimensional factor model. Based on data gathered from over 200 project teams, the measures of knowledge quality are tested. Also, a proposed research framework is examined by using LISREL for structural equation modeling. Based on the results, the claim of knowledge quality having three dimensions is supported. |
