Tiivistelmä: | The purpose of the article is to examine if an organization's decision uncertainty could be reduced within its intellectual capital operating environment. Specifically, the authors investigate the possible reducing effect of organizational design on the perceived uncertainty in intellectual capital context, using structural equation modeling. The results indicate that decentralization and technology infrastructure are factors that have a positive effect on a results-based intellectual capital management system, which is often related to reduced decision uncertainty. |
