| Tiivistelmä: | The authors made up a task inventory with two subsets and managers were asked to respond to it. The authors conducted analyses of variance on each item and found that there were few differences between different demographic subgroups, although there were occupational differences. Some ethnic group differences were due to non-White job incumbents more frequently reporting that they did not perform a task than did their White colleagues. |
