Europeans with strong public service traditions worry about the penetration of US capital into Europe. However, some countries like Ireland protects multinational investment into areas of public consumption. Since the DBS franchise decision in 1985 Ireland'domestic communications policies have changed considerably.The new developments are determined by the interests of multinational capital. |
