Tiivistelmä:The authors examined the hypothesis that organizational specificity of biodata validity results from the methods typically used to select and key items. Cross-validations was performed on 11.000 supervisors in about 80 organizations, then these validities were meta-analyzed. Validities were generalizable in all cases.
