| Tiivistelmä: | Traditional methods of company valuation are no more valid. They are not able to provide the necessary information about a company. The new demands for an up-to-date method of company valuation are reviewed. It must be a reliable instrument in case of buying or selling a company; it can be used for investment analysis; it is essential for the financial control of an enterprise. A new practical method of company valuation is presented, namely the "Discounted Cash Flow" method. It is shown how this and many other financial analyses can be supported by personal computers. |
