| Tiivistelmä: | The frequent absence of precise information on the contents of toxic waste dumps makes it impossible to estimate the threat they cause for the environment. 6 years ago, the NEA Radioactive Waste Management Committee developed the Thermochemical Data Base (TDB) project for the management of radioactive waste. TDB could be easily extended to help solve the environmental problems associated with other types of waste. |
