At Aalto University all approved Bachelor's and Master’s theses will be stored in electronic format in the electronic publications archive Aaltodoc: https://aaltodoc.aalto.fi/?locale-attribute=en
The student must submit the metadata (bibliographic information) and the full text (PDF/A file) vie eAge-system for electronic archiving. After approval the thesis moves from eAge to Aaltodoc.

According to the archiving decisions of CHEM, ELEC, ENG and SCI the full texts of the Bachelor’s theses of technology are not published on open internet. Aalto University students and external customers have access to the electronic full text versions from certain workstations of the Harald Herlin Learning Centre. The staff of Aalto University has access to the electronic full text versions by logging into Aaltodoc with their personal Aalto account.
