| Abstract: | This article presents some synergies that seem to exist in the conceptualization of environmental and spiritual leadership. Identified are some commonalities in the underpinning values and associated discourse adopted in the literature to describe these two concepts. It is also drawn attention to the way of historical and cultural factors having contributed to overlapping in the conceptual development of spirit and environment etc. |
