Keywords: | environmentally and cost-effective materials recycling pulp MFC packaging |
Abstract (eng): | Paper based packaging as a traditional industry is facing more and more stress on environmental and cost-effective issue. Meanwhile innovation and recycled materials are offering many diversity options for solving the demands. Although many researches and experimental works have been done on similar idea, to discover better combination from thousands of materials, additives and process for multilayer structure packaging paper board has never stopped. Based on a concept of finding more environmental and cost-effective paperboards, this thesis went through the most important packaging paperboard requirements on its mechanical and surface properties. And have some discussion about the affection of humidity surrounding in fibre-based multilayer structures. Recycling pulp and some cost-effective additives have also been introduces in the thesis. The experiment part of the thesis covered by logical process of material selection. Finally paperboard is able meet multi-task requirements of package. |
