Abstract (eng): Gage R&R (Repeatability and Reproducibility) has become a widely used de facto standard in measuring the quality of the test systems.
Gage R&R is adopted tightly into the Six Sigma Methodology and is one of the key stones among the methodologies measuring variables.
Gage R&R is widely known, but less used in the manufacturing process monitoring.
This is mostly due to the time taking process of gathering the test data and also due to the lack of knowledge, what the Gage R&R variables actually stand for.

This thesis was made to satisfy the need to make the Gage R&R analysis with little effort and for the whole test system and for every test step at the same time in short time.
Normally when analysis is executed, the test specific data is collected from the different test result sheets to one sheet, and the analysis is carried out with statistical analysis software to get the results for the specific test.
This is repeated for all measurements.
If there are tens or even hundreds of measurements, it is clear that analysing the whole test system takes days.
Now with the analysis tool, the same work can be done in a few minutes.
Additionally to the normal ANOVA Gage R&R analysis, process capability indices Cp and Cpk are determined.
This is done to make better judgments on the quality of the test systems and the production process.

In the validation of the analysis tool two different test result data sets were used.
From the data, three different ANOVA Gge R&R analysis were executed.
The results of the analysis tool were compared with the results calculated by the Minitab statistical software.
The results were coherent.

The analysis tool as such is applicable when the analysis is done for the test system in its deployment to the production.
In productions daily use the tool is applicable, only if the size of the database is limited.
When size of the database gets bigger, the analysis time increases drasticaliy.
Abstract (fin): Gage R&R (toistettavuus ja uusittavuus) on testauslaitteiden ja mittalaitteiden toistettavuuden analysointiin tehty analysointitekniikka.
Tekniikan avulla voidaan määrittää tuotannon mittauksissa olevien hajonnan komponenttien suhdetta kokonaishajontaan.
Gage R&R -analyysi määrittää muun muassa mittalaitteelle toistettavuutta kuvaavan %Gage R&R -tunnusluvun, jota on laajasti käytetty Six Sigma -laadun kehittämisopin yhteydessä.

Analyysityökalun toiminnan todentamisessa käytettiin kahden eri testisysteemin testitulosdataa, joista muodostutettiin kolme ANOVA Gage R&R -analyysia.
Työkalun määrittämiä analyysin tuloksia vertailtiin Minitab-ohjelman määrittämiin tuloksiin ja tulosten todettiin vastaavan toisiaan.

Analyysityökalu soveltuu jo sellaisenaan testilaitteen analysointiin käyttöönoton yhteydessä.
Tuotannon käyttöön työkalu soveltuu sillä reunaehdolla, että testituloksien tallennukseen käytetyn tietokannan koko on rajattu.
Tietokannan kasvaessa työkalun käytettävyys kärsii, kun analyysin muodostamiseen kuluva aika kasvaa merkittävästi.
