Abstract (eng): The aim of this study was to define and develop the aviation maintenance logistic processes as part of information systems and their measurement methods.

The theoretical part describes general information about the air service operations, processes, and their development and the management methods.
In addition to this study deals with the theory of measurement of processes and methods used in it.

Presented research work contains the research methods, the target company and its starting position and results of the research.
In research there were used different research methods for processes, supply chains and measurement.
These methods are presented as individual entities.
As a result, the study defines target company's current logistical processes, their turnaround times, problems and key development ideas.
New process maps were created based on the raised development ideas.
Business-modeller software was used for the process modelling.

Kehitysmahdollisuuksien perusteella on laadittu tavoitetilaa vastaavat prosessikartat.
Prosessien mallinnukseen käytettiin siihen tarkoitettua Business-modeler -ohjelmistoa.
