Abstract (eng): Energy efficiency requirements have been strained in the EU area and it is expected that the next few years will come additional measures to encourage investate in energy efficient solutions.
Pipe rehabilitation with requirements of energy efficiency solutions on suburban areas will give potential entry on pipe rehabilitation that considers energy efficiency.
That will raise the demand of energy efficiency solutions.

Today's construction market plays pipe rehabilitation an important role and is expected to grow further when repairs of concrete houses start.
Suburbs with element cover are a significant part of Finland's renovated houses and buildings in the near future.

Energy-efficient solutions can be found in all HVAC systems.
Their use of pipe renovations various, but it's generally profitable.
The repayment periods seems to be reasonable.
If the investments are made in connection with pipe rehabilitation, may unprofitable investments become profitable.

The study examined the cost analysis through internal investment rate of return and repayment periods.
Based on these conclusions of the different systems related to the profitability of investment and savings potential laid the foundations for an concept of energy efficient pipe rehabilitation EEP -rehabilitation.

The second part contains contract bid calculation at Consti -companies in the construction of residential buildings in current status and future.
Comparison of the different methods of contract calculation was made to choose for the best method.

Näiden perusteella luotiin perusta energiatehokkaalle linjasaneerauskonseptille, ELS-saneeraukselle.

Tutkimuksen toinen osa käsittely Consti-yhtiöiden asuintalokorjausrakentamisen tarjouslaskennan nykytilaa ja tulevaisuutta, sekä vertailtiin eri menetelmiä joihin osaston tarjouslaskenta perustuu.
