| Abstract (eng): | The Internet has taken an important place in daily life, private and professional. It becomes more and more common for any company to run its business relying on Information and Communication Technologies services, whichever its size is. In this new era where technology trends tend to be real time-oriented, Internet connectivity is no more a plus, but a requirement. For any user for whom the Internet access is a necessity, being left out without Internet services can cause substantial damages to a business company for instance. Now users want to know in real time why Internet connectivity does not work and what they have to do to quickly fix it. This thesis aims at designing an automated-system to analyse the status of the Internet access in real-time and display information about it to the user through a specific interface. In case of no-connectivity, the system will identify the problem and suggest a possible solution to solve it. The proposed work is a theoretical design of an automated-system: all processes were implemented in theory without any real discussion about the programming languages that could be used. This work is only a basic documentation to pro- vide information to developers that will have to deal with the feasibility of some processes. |
