Abstract (fin): | Tämä työ on tehty Teknillisen korkeakoulun metallurgian laboratoriossa Outokumpu Research Oy:n toimeksiannosta. Kirjallisuusosassa käsitellään systeemistä NiSO_4-NH_3-(NH_4)_(2)SO_4-H_(2)0 suoritetun kirjallisuushaun tulokset osasysteemeittäin. Kokeellisessa osassa mallitetaan kirjallisuusosan osasysteemit Chemsage ohjelmistolla. Chemsage ohjelmisto valittiin sen sisältämän Pitzerin vesiliuosmallin takia. Tärkeimpänä tavoitteena oli NiSO_4-NH_3-(NH_4)_(2)SO_4-H_(2)0 systeemissä muodostuvien saostuvien komponenttien tutkiminen eri lämpötiloissa koostumuksen funktiona. Pitzerin vesiliuosmallin havaittiin soveltuvan hyvin liuostasapainojen laskentaan. Laskentaa rajoitti kokeellisten liukoisuustietojen puute osasysteemeille erityisesti korkeammissa lämpötiloissa. |
