Abstract (eng): The purpose of this work is the implementation of a polynomial regression program for the software Prosim.

The purpose of this regression program is to find for one specific process, a mathematical function which establishes a relationship between some input parameters and some output parameters.

The first step of a regression model program is to collect enough information about the process in order to build the regression model.
For that, an experimental design is built, which consists to launch many runs by varying the selected input parameters.
Then, a second step of the program is to build the regression model by using a matricidal relation.
Finally some tests have to be conducted to have an idea of the accuracy of the regression model.

The first part of the work was first to study the theory of the experimental designs and regression models.
Then the program has been implemented in C++.
Finally some tests of the program have been realized.

For the realized tests, the program was working properly.
Actually, the accuracy of the regression models is only depending of the choice of the experimental designs and the capacity of the response to be modelled by a polynomial regression model.
