| Abstract: | In addition to digitalization and broadband technology, mobility has emerged as a major new paradigm in telecommunications. A set of new improved infrastructures is evolving. After a certain time delay compared to other European countries, Germany is currently undertaking massive investments in mobile technology. The article attempts to portray the debate currently taking place in Germany. |
