| Abstract: | The article is about Swiss textile designer Robert Schlapfer and his company. Schlapfer is well-known in the world of fashion designers. He has a peculiar management philosophy, that of creative chaos. Hierarchies were dismantled and employees are encouraged to relax, to meditate, think about themselves, to find a sense of life. There are workshop meetings to discuss utopies and visions. The firm has an in-house developed CAD/CAM system for automatric digitalization of color designs. |
