Tiivistelmä:It is questioned what are the common denominators for success when considering increasing gas efficiency and enhancing creativity in organizations. In this article, two separate issues are explored: i. One is related to global warming in general, and especially to increasing fuel efficiency. ii. The other is associated with enhancing creativity. Despite the former deals with a technical issue whereas the latter is about the utilization of human resources, both are related to how to find time to think and take actions. In case of having the knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSA) for doing the right things to benefit humanity and the whole world, but failing to do them, is this ethical? Managers need to focus on what has been done and what have been the failures in doing, in changing our thinking, in changing our behavior, and in achieving our goals.
