| Tiivistelmä: | Monetary policies at present should cooperate with the financial readjustment and control. The basic trend is to expand money supply but not simple loosen money. The currency liquidity should be focused. We should pay attention to the relationship between the decline in velocity of money and total money supply. In total money supply we should consider China's excessive operation on borrowings. The role of interest rate as a lever is transmitted through nominal interest rate, not true rate of interest. From now on, the central bank should consider further expanding discount scale, and make up the ineffectiveness of credit policies through "Window" guidance. |
