Tiivistelmä:This contribution presents the working environment in which the employees are most satisfied and, therefore, the most successful and motivated to achieve the company's goals.Herein, the authoress investigates the elements which should be taken into account in the formation of the above mentioned working environment, the involvement of the staff into the job formation process, the work enrichment, self-managerial working teams, promotion of creativity gathering of ideas, awards and attention to the employees.The papar is concluded by the presentation of the acquistion, education and the formation of the "champions" in companies with the already established new working environment.
