| Tiivistelmä: | In July 2001, the Gambling review body presented the findings and recommendations of their report on behalf of the Department for Culture, Media and Sport and these proposals were largely endorsed by the Government in a White Paper published in March of this year. Implementation of legislative changes could realistically take some time. However, casino operators are already preparing to take advantage of prospective commercial opportunities and the measures put forward will undoubtedly have far reaching implications for the casino market over the next few years.
